For
the Commander-in-Chief, President George W. Bush, and others in the
Executive Branch, for Govenors and Mayors of our cities, for The Judges
of our Court Systems and others in the Judicial Branch, For our Senators
and Congressman and others in the Legislative Branch of our Government
and for all Governors, Mayors, the Homeland Defense Minister, FEMA
personnel and other branches of service: We Pray for humility, wisdom, discernment and protection upon these
people and their families. Give them the strength to lay aside all
personal ambition and serve the people under them. Impart clarity
of mind, protection from evil, and extend to them your love for all
people. Help our liberties to be secured and protected. May
the lives of those chosen to serve in this capacity be full of
righteousness, determination, courage, and loyalty. Grant our
leaders vision. Help them to be peacemakers. We ask that no leader sacrifice time that should be given to their
families and when circumstances are difficult that great grace and mercy
be extended to them. Help them to balance all of their
duties and responsibilities and have time to seek you first in prayer. For
Those Who Protect and Defend Us Grant Our Homeland Defense Minister, the ability to mobilize
diverse leaders together for the common good. By your Holy grace,
help a safety net to form that extends over America's cities, states,
and neighborhoods. Let this leader be encouraged, strengthened,
and given the wisdom to carry out his commission. Impart to him
and his loved ones your protection from harm. Let his family
be nourished by your word and presence. Be with him as he goes
into dangerous areas and give all who work with him clarity of mind and
discernment. You alone can protect us from the enemies who purpose to hurt us. We
are looking to You, Dear Heavenly Father, for miraculous intervention
from acts of terror that would kill, steal, or destroy life both in the
day and in the night. For
the C.I.A., the F.B.I, Secret Service, N.S.A., A.T.F., Firefighters,
Policeman, Air
Marshals, the Army, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard members and their
families. Grant these agencies the ability to discern from clues and fragments
of information the evil plots hatched in the dark before they are
executed. Keep them from sneak attacks. Help them be
forewarned and forearmed. When things in their day are chaotic or
unclear, expand their natural minds with Your knowledge and wisdom .
Keep them for the evil plots of the enemy and favor them with your
strategies. Guard, protect, and defend them while they are on
duty. Let the time they spend with their families be full of peace and
joy. Impart to their families understanding, grace, and courage
during difficult times. Protect all from death and destruction.
If any are called through the evil of mankind to sacrifice their lives
for the common good, we ask that you be with their families during that
time of crises and afterward. We ask that resources be imparted to
them so that they may do their jobs without fear of failure due to lack.
Increase the salaries of those who face danger daily and remove those
from office who lack compassion and care for the people of this nation. For
Those Guarding our Borders and Ports We ask that you give those who watch our borders and ports the strength to be diligent in the day and in the night. Help those employed in this capacity to see beyond the surface and reveal the hearts of the people crossing our borders whose intent is evil toward our citizens. Protect us from acts of tyranny or destruction that would come through our ports. Let only those products which build up and strengthen us as a people come through our ports and across our borders. Remove from these posts anyone who takes a bribe, anyone who is involved in dishonest gain, or those whose intent is evil against the people of our nation or the nations that border us. Reveal hidden plots, drug smuggling, and all manner of evil that lies at the borders of our country. Extend these prayers to the citizens of the nations that border us. Physicians,
Emergency Medical Dispatch Teams, All Hospital Personnel, Crises
Care Givers We call upon you as Jehovah Rapha, the Lord God who heals. Let
your hand be with all those who care for the sick, the diseased, and the
infirm. Impart your peace to them as they deal with difficult
situations and decisions that deal with life and death matters.
Impart Life both physical and spiritual to those in their care. We
hold up your Son, who you established as our High Priest by an oath from
your mouth. Let him be lifted up above the healing streams that
you have graciously given to the just and the unjust. We ask you
to impart mercy, remove deception, and bring a healing anointing back to
your church. Christian
Leaders Worldwide Help the church to arise as One Man in Christ to help the world
understand the power of the gospel to save and redeem. Bring
revelation, repentance, reconciliation, revival and renewal to your
church. For all those engaged in the great spiritual battles of
our age, we ask you to guard, protect, defend, and keep them. May
the hand of God be upon them to prosper their spirits, souls, and
bodies. We ask that you apply the work of the cross and it's power
to redeem and save to them and their families. Impart to our leaders
wisdom in all they do. Help the church to connect focus our works
and our words to become a giant net of salvation for the people of the
world. Transportation Today, Lord, most of your people of America will be traveling on
roads, across bridges, through tunnels, on highways, in cars, buses,
school buses, trucks, subways, trains and airplanes. By your hand,
keep them safe. Help the drivers be alert and help them to avoid
accidents. Bless the highways on which they travel. Release
brotherly love upon people utilizing different modes of transportation
and keep them from road rage. Sustain our unity and love for one
another. May your divine protection be upon all who deal with
hazardous or dangerous chemicals, substances, or nuclear waste. For
Nuclear Power Plants in Our Nation Help the people who work at these plants to be diligent, alert, on
guard and full of wisdom. Reveal to them the importance of keeping
the citizens of our nation safe. We ask for your hand of
protection on them. Keep them from experiencing any disasters or
effects from terrorists, earthquakes, tornados or other natural
disasters. Give those in authority over these plants the
understanding of the importance of the people who live around them.
Let their judgments with regard to nuclear waste products always be made
for the "good of the people". Reveal any hidden plots or
plans to harm others from within or outside of these plants. Protection
over our Air, Food and Water We ask for you to be gracious and we plead for your mercy.
Extend your hand of protection across the food, air and water of our
nation. Hold back plagues, diseases and destruction. .
We ask that vaccines be available that would thwart the intentions of
those bent on destruction and death. We ask for cures of diseases
that you alone know are being manufactured in laboratories before they
become tools in the hands of those who care nothing for human life.
We ask that you extend this prayer of protection to all the nations of
the earth. For
the Larger Cities of the United States and Embassy Personnel Around the
World Cities in biblical times were places of safety from lawlessness.
We ask that our cities again become places where citizens care for one
another, where crime drops because of brotherly love, and pride in
community, neighborhood, and family reign. We ask that our cities
be places of retreat, safety, prayer and worship. For
Embassy personnel around the world we ask for special protection as they
represent our nation to others. We ask for you to impart wisdom
for the Ambassadors and their staff and allow them to be respected by
others in the communities they reside.
For
Widows and Orphans Let the widows and orphans of those fallen in battle, whether it be
on foreign soil or in America, be cared for with respect and dignity.
Protect the money raised from others so that it goes directly to help
them. The
Communication Industry, Postal and Mail Carriers.
Let all those who work in the television and radio industry have a
renewal and a revival of hearts. Only you are omnipresent and can
see the things done in the dark. Protect those who serve in the
news media and help them to be protectors of the truth. Keep them
from deception and perversion. Protect all who serve by delivering
the mail. Reveal destructive plots, diseased mail, or bombs before
they kill and destroy. Give them peace and clarity of mind and
heart. Protect their loved ones. For
the Muslim Population of the United States
Let all of us as Americans be a witness to these people groups of
God's love through Jesus Christ his son. Allow the light of God's
love for them to shine from our pulpits, our political platforms, and
our neighborhoods. Open their eyes and ears to the good news of
the gospel. May generations of idolatry fall in their countries of
origin so that the living word, of a living God, can impact and impart
to them eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Drug
Companies Help these companies to manufacture the proper amount of medicines to
heal and help people. Protect them from terrorist plots and impart
wisdom to them so that cures to diseases and illnesses arise from many
different research labs. Impart revelation to your people to
prevent illness through proper lifestyle changes. Bring revelation and
wisdom to your people of how to use drugs effectively for the relief of
suffering. Students
Away from Home Comfort those who are away
in schools, colleges, and universities. Keep the students safe and
give them tolerance for one another. Bring back to our campus's
the truth and rid our education systems of rhetoric that is atheistic
and humanistic in origin. Prepared
