WILL THE REAL JESUS, PLEASE STAND UP!

I

AS OUR EXAMPLE AND WHOM WE ARE TO FOLLOW  Jesus, DID THE FOLLOWING:

  1. The Son of God did the will of the Father.
  2. The Son of God ,healed and delivered.
  3. The Son of God, stood against the Pharisees and Sadducees who were the organized, establishment of his day that wanted tradition more than relationship with His father.  They could not recognize the Son of God when he was in their midst.
  4.  The Son of God  was persecuted for his beliefs
  5.  The Son of God was loving, kind, and always thinking of His father’s will and of others well-being.
  6.  The Son of God died that we would be able to overcome our flesh.  
  7. Who rules in The Son of God's House? Do you worship in the House of His Son,  or A House of Religion.  Who is really in control?
  8. Are you a disciple of His Son or a disciple of a long, long, dead person?
  9. Are your doctrines more important to you than loving others or letting the Holy Spirit guide you.
  10. Do you abide, live in, and walk by the Holy Spirit?
  11. Does all of the work you do for The Son of God come through the mind of man or the Holy Spirit?
  12. Do you WAIT on the Holy Spirit to give you the answer to things or are you satisfied with an intellectual answer?  Human reason is very different from Holy Spirit enabled use of man's intellect from within.
  13. Remember, its suppose to be ALL about  The Son of God, and he loves everyone the same.
  14. The Son of God institute a NEW Kingdom in the NEW Testament: and it is a kingdom that is within for the purpose of overcoming the world, the flesh and the devil in individuals lives. 
  15. Jesus sent many out without a "covering" except that HE SENT THEM because HE IS OUR COVERING.
  16. Pray and meditate on ONE thing.  To whom do you give an account for your life?  For your work? And who died for you?  If you answered, Jesus, then HOLD on to him: not a covering, not a doctrine, not a denomination...just Him.   He will show you to whom and when to submit to others.
  17. But don't you DARE hold on Him to allow yourself the freedom to keep on sinning.  Or to hurt the ones He died to save.
  18. It's ALL about loving HIM and loving OTHERS and being in His presence and His word so much that it makes you HOLY.

By what name did the disciples and early church call Jesus?

I am sure there are many other languages around the world that say the name of Christ and it sounds different in each language.  Jesus came to save the world and how each individual person RESPONDS to him is what is important.

Let us NOT be carried away by every WIND of doctrine but hold fast to the essentials of our faith.  People use even His precious name to divide us instead of connect us to one another.
